| Roger Jacobs, Esq., ChairRoger Jacobs is managing partner of Jacobs Rosenberg, LLC, with offices in New Jersey and New York. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law. In addition to his role as Chairman of the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority, Mr. Jacobs also serves as a Commissioner of the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority and recently completed his second term on the Supreme Court Committee on Character.
Mr. Jacobs graduated with honors from the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University (Phi Kappa Phi) and New York University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor and a Masters of Law in Labor Law. He was the Elias Lieberman Fellow in Labor Law and has received many awards and accolades throughout his professional career including his recent selection as a New Jersey 2010 "Super Lawyer."
A past charter member of the editorial board of the New Jersey Lawyer Newspaper, Mr. Jacobs is a current member of the editorial board of the Labor Law Journal and has authored numerous books and articles in the labor law field. His published works include, Labor and Employment in New Jersey, Lexis Publishing, 2nd Edition 2000; The Employment Handbook Kit, Lexis Publishing, 2nd Edition 1998; Legal Compliance Guide to Personnel Management, Prentice Hall, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, 1993; and "Some Clarification to Compulsory Arbitration," Thomson West, July/August 2003. Upcoming publications include, "Supreme Court Tips Against Individual Rights - Again", 27 Hofstra Lab & Emp. L.J. ___ (2010); "Johnnie's Poultry - Still Kosher," to be published in the CCH Labor Law Journal; "Say When: An Analysis Of Post-Ledbetter Continuing Violations," to be published in the Employee Relations Law Journal.
In his private life, Mr. Jacobs has been dedicated to numerous civic and philanthropic causes. He was recently re-elected Vice President of the New Jersey Association of Jewish Federations. He is a board member of the United Jewish Communities of MetroWest New Jersey where he served as a member of its Executive Committee and was Community Relations Chairman. He also served on the boards of the Hamilton Madison Settlement House in New York City and the New Jersey Y Camps.
Mr. Jacobs is married to Robin Hodes Jacobs, a CPA, and has two children, Joshua and Rachel, both of whom are also graduates of Cornell. |

| Ridgeley Hutchinson, Vice ChairRidgeley Hutchinson joined the Carpenters Union in Princeton in 1978 where he served an apprenticeship. In 1994 he was elected Business Representative of Carpenters Local 781, Princeton. In 2002 he was appointed to the executive board of the New Jersey Regional Council of Carpenters where he serves as a trustee. That same year he was also appointed to serve as a trustee to the New Jersey Carpenters Health and Pension Fund. In 1996 Mr. Hutchinson was appointed by Governor Whitman to the New Jersey Clean Water Council where he served for 6 years. He is currently the co-chairman of the Mercer County Chapter of The Alliance for Action. |

| Joshua E. Hodes, TreasurerJoshua Hodes is Chief of Staff to Assembly Majority Leader, Joseph Cryan. Previously, Mr. Hodes served as an Associate in Government Relations at Public Strategies Impact.
Mr. Hodes has also served as Associate Director of Athletic Development for the Rutgers University Foundation where he was responsible for soliciting major gift donations, which provided educational opportunities for Rutgers' nearly 800 student athletes. In 2008, Mr. Hodes served as a political advisor to the Hillary Clinton for President Campaign in New Jersey. As a result of his work on the campaign, he was elected as a page at the 2008 Democratic National Convention in Denver.
Mr. Hodes received his Masters in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers and also holds a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers College. |

| Andrew P. Sidamon-Eristoff, New Jersey State Treasurer, ex officioAndrew P. Sidamon-Eristoff was nominated by Governor Chris Christie to serve as State Treasurer. Mr. Sidamon-Eristoff is an accomplished leader in public sector budget, revenue and tax system administration. Prior to his nomination, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Sidamon-Eristoff served as Commissioner of the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, the nation's second-largest state revenue administration. From 1999 to 2002, he served as New York City Commissioner of Finance and as a three-times elected member of the New York City Council from 1993 to 1999.
Between 2006 and 2008, Mr. Sidamon-Eristoff performed a series of short-term consulting assignments from Chemonics International, an international development consulting firm, then executing a Business Climate Reform project in the Republic of Georgia for the U.S. States Agency for International Development. Mr. Sidamon-Eristoff is currently a member of the Internal Revenue Service's Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee and is a former President of the North Eastern States Tax Officials Association and board member of the Federation of Tax Administrators.
Mr. Sidamon-Eristoff earned a bachelor's degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. He also earned an Advanced Professional Certificate in Information Technology from New York University.
He is married to the former Catherine E. Baxter and they have three children. |

| Edward J. Graham, Chair, New Jersey Commission on Higher Education, ex officioEdward J. Graham is chairman, president and chief executive officer of South Jersey Industries. He also holds the titles of director, president and chief executive officer of South Jersey Gas Company and president of South Jersey Resources Group, LLC and Marina Energy LLC, all subsidiaries of South Jersey Industries.
Graham joined the company in 1981 and held various professional and managerial positions prior to election as an officer of South Jersey Gas in 1988. Graham's previous employers include the Golden Nugget, Inc. and Midlantic Banks, Inc.
An alumnus of Rider University for his undergraduate degree, Graham holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and investment from Drexel University. Graham holds an appointed position on New Jersey Governor Corzine's Budget Steering Committee. He is also chairman of the New Jersey Commission on Higher Education, serves on the board of directors of the American Gas Association, New Jersey Utilities Association, the New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, the Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy.
In addition, Graham serves on the Rowan University Foundation Board, is a trustee of The Foundation of the New Jersey Alliance for Action, served as chairman for the 2007 Heart Walk and was honorary chairperson of the 10th Annual Special Olympics Fall Classic. Graham was also named as business honoree for the Rowan University chapter of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. |
